Most people give a wine lover a good bottle. This is the thing they cannot buy for themselves. A share of a real Rioja vineyard, the wine that comes off it, and a plot that is theirs for years, not one evening.
How it works
They taste first.
We send a discovery pack to open, a selection of wines from across Rioja. These are not our wines yet, and that is the point. We use them to find out what they truly love, glass by glass.
We find their plot to match.
Once we know their taste, we go and source it. If they love classic Rioja, the structured, savoury, age-worthy style, we look for plots like the ones we found for Ian, Chris and Neil. If they lean fruit-forward and lighter, brighter and easier to drink, we look for something like the Roancho plots. The wine ends up tasting like the wine they already love, because we chose the ground to suit them.
They become an owner.
We onboard them personally and look after them however suits. No rigid process and no pitch. Their vines, their wine, their name on the plot.
