TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership Agreement
Confidentiality
As part of our exclusive community, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared about CLOS CIEN’s membership structure, vineyard selection process, and pricing. Like the private cellar notes of a master winemaker, this information is shared with you in confidence and should not be disclosed to third parties without our written permission.
Vineyard Stewardship
Your membership provides stewardship of a designated vineyard plot within La Rioja’s finest terroir. While CLOS CIEN maintains ownership of the vineyard land, your membership grants you exclusive rights to the wine produced from your plot, subject to the terms of your specific membership category.
Membership Fees and Dues
Your membership is secured through an initiation fee and maintained with annual dues. These investments support the meticulous care of your vineyard and the crafting of your wine. Payment terms are detailed in your membership contract.
Wine Production and Allocation
Members receive an annual allocation of wine from their designated vineyard, with quantity dependent on membership category. Nature dictates that production may vary with each vintage; CLOS CIEN guarantees minimum production levels as specified in your membership agreement.
Transferability and Legacy
Your membership represents a legacy that can be transferred to immediate family members or resigned to CLOS CIEN for reissuance, subject to the transfer terms in your membership agreement.
Vineyard Visitation and Club Facilities
Members may visit their vineyards and access club facilities according to the reservation procedures outlined in the Club Rules and Regulations. We maintain these protocols to ensure each member enjoys a premium experience.
Intellectual Property
The CLOS CIEN name, logo, and branding materials remain our intellectual property. Members may use designated materials for personal enjoyment but not for commercial purposes without express permission.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Winemaking is both an art and a science influenced by natural factors beyond our control. While we apply expert care to your vineyard, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for each vintage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, specifically those applicable in La Rioja region.
Changes to Terms
Like the evolution of a fine wine, these terms may develop over time. We will notify members of significant changes through our established communication channels.
